Licences, Permits and Consents

The processes of designing, constructing, operating and decommissioning a nuclear power station require various licences, permits and consents, from various regulatory bodies, for planning, nuclear safety, and environmental protection, among others.

In the development of the project, NuGen will apply for, and hold various permits and licenses with statutory organisations. They will be listed here.
